Top 5 Tuesday – January 2020 Topics

I’M BACK!!!! And holy hell does it ever feel good! I needed this hiatus. 2019 was an interesting year – some good, and some bad. As much as I missed blogging, taking the break was just what I needed to take a step back, reflect on what worked and what didn’t, and move into 2020 with a whole new view of how my life runs on a daily basis. I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited and optimistic!!! There are going to be quite a few changes around here……. I’m a Taurus so, if you know anything about the Taurus mind then you know that change isn’t something we do well lol. But they’re all for the better and I can’t wait to see what books and blogging have in store this year! This blog is going to be my happy place and I’m so glad to have you all along for the ride!

Whew! Long intro out of the way….. you’re here for the topics, aren’t you?! It’s been a while since we had something to post on a Tuesday and I know that quite a few of you are itching to have it back! I wanted to give you some time to figure out what we’re going to be talking about this month so there isn’t going to be a topic for tomorrow. It’s coming back next week. Every single year one of the first topics I do is the Top 5 books that I need to read for the year……. I’m pretty sure that every year I fail at that list in spectacular fashion. But, my dad always says, “never give up”…. that’s what I’m sticking with! LOL! I’m also really curious as to why people rate books 5 stars. There are so many different reasons!
