Merry Christmas! See You Next Year!

This is my last official post of 2019 – and I’m feeling all sentimental about it! 2019 was the year of ups and downs for the blog. I struggled with my anxiety and reading slumps – but you stayed with me through it all, building me up when I needed it the most. So thank you! Thank you so much for your friendship, kind words, and letting me know that there are other people who like books more than people lol! You also helped me reach the milestone of 3,000 followers…… Gasp!

This is my favourite time of year to step away from the blog though. Getting to spend all this time with the kids and my entire family – there’s nothing better! The food, laughs, love, hugs, and excitement means the world to me. My kids are a little older now (14 and 9) so there isn’t going to be the usual hassle of opening child toys that are tied down with screws, ties, plastic, and any other unknown objects making it harder than Fort Knox to open lol.

I have a lot planned for 2020. It’s going to be my busiest year yet…… and hopefully the best year yet too! I’ll be using this time off to put plans into place to make 2020 as easy as it can be. I will be back on Monday January 6th with the Top 5 Tuesday topics for January (that will resume in full on Jan 14th). Also, keep an eye out in the first week for my goals and plans for 2020. There’s going to be a lot of big and exciting things coming your way!

Thank you so much to my bookish family for being with me throughout 2019. I hope that your holiday season is full of magic and wonder!

Until next year, happy reading!

    1. Nope! I didn’t get a single book for Christmas 😂 but I did get money and gift cards so I ended up getting them for myself lol
