Top 5 Fictional Friendships

Happy Top 5 Tuesday everyone! This is the first top 5 after my mini hiatus and, I have to say, this topic was good timing! There’s nothing better than dealing with stress but having a great friend to back you up. And this week we’re talking all about fictional friendships! I’ve got some great ones, so I’ll just jump right in 🙂

Top 5 Tuesday is a weekly meme where I explore different topics. If you are interested in participating I would love to have you! Here is a list of my Upcoming topics in March – please remember to ping back a specific post of mine so I get a notification and I will add you to the participants list!

Lifel1k3

EVE AND LEMON FRESH
These two are meant for each other. They’re of the same mind yet balance each other out. Immediately within the first chapter, you see their chemistry and know that they would do anything for the other. They’re both super feisty and bad ass which only makes me love them more! I want to say more about these two but their’s is the type of chemistry that you have to read to understand.

LUNDY AND MOON
This friendship had me feeling so many emotions. They were so dedicated to each other. They suffered to help the other, they gave everything they had and more….. all without question. They were both flawed and trying to figure out where they wanted to be in life, and they both made some pretty awful decisions. No matter how deep they dug their own holes, the other one was there to pull them out. This friendship made me cry literal tears….. more than once!

Hounded

ATTICUS AND OBERON
Not your typical friendship, but one that needs to be mentioned. You see, Oberon is a dog that talks. But only Atticus, an ancient druid, can hear him. Their witty banter, humour, selfless love, and conversations are literally everything! I could have an entire book just filled with their conversations. They’re both willing to die for each other but, at the same time, all they’re really looking for is love and companionship. And sausages….

HP and the philosophers stone

HARRY, RON AND HERMOINE
Would it really be a friendship list if it didn’t include this trio? For a lot of you, this group of friends was a first look at what a group of friends should be like! They’re not afraid to tell the other to smarten up if they’re being stupid. They’re willing to help figure things out, no matter how much trouble it could get them in. And they’re always there just for support. They’re the perfect model of friendship!

ACOWARcover

RHYSAND, AZRIEL, CASSIAN, AND MOR
These guys…… If I could choose a group of friends to be a part of, they would be it! Their chemistry was pure perfecting. They were like siblings in a way, but ones that actually liked each other lol. They all had shitty things happen to them, and they came together, accepting each other for all their flaws, and made each other whole again. This group also knew how to have a lot of fun!!! I would give anything to hang out with the 4 of these characters!

This list was hard and easy to make all at once. There are so many amazing friendships out there, so I tried to stick with ones that I would like to be friends with or ones that really made an impact…. that could still describe about 75% of my shelves lol!

As I said yesterday in my wrap up post, my life is still pretty hectic. I have an out of town appointment with my daughter in the afternoon and work in the morning. I will try to update the list as soon as I can!

Until next time, happy reading!

The only book in your collection that I have read is the Harry Potter one – and the friendship between Ron, Hermoine and Harry is exactly what a friendship should be.
